Walking is not only great exercise it is good for the Soul!
We have regular Group walks designed to incorporate well-being and community.
Our groups are small so that you can either ‘chat’ along the way or wander along at your own place.
We start with gentle stretching then head off along beautiful spaces culminating in a ‘coffee’ stop then return
Average duration 1.5 hours
