There’s something powerful about returning home after time away. The last few weeks have been crazy busy for myself and the Soul Sentred Team including the recordings of our brand new series of ‘Soul Sentred – The Podcast‘ in our new recording studios! There was even time to get to the incredible Semi Finals and Womens & Mens Finals of the Australian Open! All super inspiring, outstanding electric ‘life moments’ for sure!

Travel also has a beautiful way of creating space….space to breathe, to reflect, to notice what we’ve been carrying… and what we’re ready to release. As I’ve just returned, I’ve been reminded of something I believe deeply:

Wellbeing Isn’t Something We Arrive at. It’s Something We Practice. 🙏

That’s why I’m starting this weekly blog…to create a gentle, grounding check-in for you. A moment in your week where you can pause, reset and reconnect with what really matters.

Why I’m Writing These Weekly Blogs

At Soul Sentred, everything we do is focused around helping people live healthier, happier, more vibrant lives…now and long into the future.

A Simple Soul Sentre Practice (Try This Today 😊)

Take just 2 minutes today to pause.

Place one hand on your heart.
Take three slow breaths.
And silently say to yourself:

“I am allowed to slow down.
I am allowed to take care of myself.
I am allowed to choose what supports my wellbeing.”

Small moments like this, repeated often, truly do create lasting change.🙏
